Members of the Research Chefs Association (RCA) now can earn one credit hour by completing the Almond Board of California (ABC)'s new e-learning module, available at http://www.almondsarein.com/emodules/almightyalmonds/.

The module includes valuable insights about consumers' dining habits and their perceptions about health and wellness, as tell as tips on developing nutritious and indulgent menu items. Additionally, RCA members can find a wealth of information specific to almonds, including their value in terms of health, taste and versatility, and menu application ideas.
